We were delighted that you enjoyed the food appreciate your comments. If we may just answer some of your questions; with regards to the separate pricing for the taufu and silverfish, its because they can be ordered separately and the system recognizes it as such. As for the fried rice, the cost is mainly due to the labor involve rather than the ingredients alone, we fry the eggs, HK dried prawn(not the local dried shrimp separately, each time cleaning the wok before proceeding to use two type of rice, one freshly steamed rice and another overnight cold rice. This are then all tossed together masterfully only by the head chef or his assistant only. So, while we understand your comments on the quantity and pricing, we are sure you will agree that the quality speaks for itself once you try the similar dishes from other "cheaper" restaurants.<br />Finally, thank you again for your well wishes and the main reason that we are only open 3 days a week in Cheras is because the rotation of our 2 senior chefs between this outlet and our new branch in Menara Hap Seng KL. We will never compromise our quality and thus we hope you and your friends will visit us again when you would like cantonese food with uncomprimising quality. RegardsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
