Blue Plumbago
Oh, how lovely are their clustered blooms!
Just love the color of its flowers - light blue or sky blue which is quite rare in the tropics and so lovely to look at! This fast growing perennial shrub loves the sun but its delicate blooms and yellowish-green oblong leaves are very sensitive to rain.
This morning, I had to prune down heavily on the plant which had been severely affected by our current wet and rainy weather :(
I should have moved my potted plant earlier to a sheltered place, then I would have been able to continue marveling at its beauty.
Learning the hard way! :)
